Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kaomoji apparel, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the Kaomoji aesthetic remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
